All Sales Are Final

All purchases of original artwork through this site are final. Because each work is a unique, one-of-a-kind original piece of fine art, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a transaction is complete.

We encourage all prospective collectors to review artwork details carefully — including dimensions, medium, and available photographs — and to contact us with any questions before completing a purchase. The acquisition process may take a few days to confirm, and we want every collector to feel fully confident before committing.

Your satisfaction matters deeply, and we are committed to making this a positive and unhurried experience.

Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
• Google Pay and Apple Pay (on compatible devices)
• Pay Later installment options for qualifying orders between $30 and $1,500

Your payment card details are encrypted in transit and are never stored on this website or accessible to the studio. We retain only your name, email address, and billing address for order fulfillment purposes.

Pay Later installment plans are facilitated entirely by GoDaddy Payments on their hosted checkout page. Installment terms and eligibility are determined at the time of checkout.

Shipping

We ship original artwork within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout via USPS based on your destination ZIP code.

Orders are processed within 10 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

All shipments are fully insured. In the event of transit damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation of both the outer packaging and the artwork so that an insurance claim may be filed.

Taxes & Fees

The following charges are applied at checkout in addition to the artwork price:

• Mississippi Sales Tax (7%) — applied to the product subtotal for applicable orders.
• Handling Fee (10%) — applied to the product subtotal to cover archival packaging materials and labor.
• Shipping — calculated live via USPS at checkout based on your destination ZIP code and selected service level.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Taxes and handling fees are non-refundable given the all-sales-final nature of original fine art purchases.

Transaction Security

Checkout is handled entirely through GoDaddy Payments, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted in transit and never stored on this website or visible to the studio. Only your name, email address, and billing address are retained for order fulfillment purposes.
