Collector FAQs & purchasing policies

Shipping & care

Thank you for investing in independent fine art. Below you will find answers regarding my studio practices, acquisition procedures, and shipping policies.

Acquisitions & purchase information

How can I purchase an original painting?
All available original oil paintings can be acquired directly through this secure storefront. Simply click on a painting in the Gallery section to view its details, then click the “Add to Cart” button to proceed to secure checkout.
Are the paintings framed?
Unless explicitly stated in the individual artwork description, original canvases are sold unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly coordinates with your personal home decor and space.
Do the paintings come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Every original oil painting comes with a physical, hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the title, dimensions, completion date, and exact archival materials used. This document serves as your official proof of provenance and value for your art collection records.

Payments & security

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted through GoDaddy Payments' secure checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted on compatible devices. Pay Later installment options are available for qualifying orders between $30 and $1,500.
Is my financial transaction secure?
Absolutely. Checkout is handled entirely through GoDaddy Payments, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted in transit and never stored on this website or visible to the studio. Only your name, email, and billing address are retained for order fulfillment purposes.

Shipping policies (domestic only)

Where do you ship?
To guarantee the highest level of tracking accuracy and structural safety for delicate oil canvases, I currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. I do not ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time. Shipping rates are calculated live via USPS at checkout based on your destination ZIP code.
How are the paintings packaged for transit?
As an artist with a deep commitment to archival craftsmanship, I personally package every artwork using museum-standard practices. Original oil paintings are wrapped in professional non-stick glassine paper to protect the delicate surface, layered in heavy-duty cushioning, and suspended securely inside double-walled corrugated shipping boxes.
When will my artwork arrive?
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. Original paintings typically ship within 10 business days to allow for careful, museum-standard packaging. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. Standard transit times average 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Damages during shipping

What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?
While museum-grade packaging makes transit damage incredibly rare, all shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind. If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the damaged outer box before opening it; carefully document any physical damage to the canvas with clear, close-up photos; then contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the attached photo evidence so we can file an insurance claim and issue a full resolution.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because each work is an original piece of fine art, the acquisition process may take a few days to confirm — and I want to make sure every collector feels completely confident before completing their purchase. Please take the time you need, and do not hesitate to reach out with any questions about a work's size, color, texture, or how it might look in your space. Your satisfaction matters deeply, and I am committed to making this a positive and unhurried experience.
